1. melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water
2. mix all the ingredients together
3. chop the vegetables into small pieces
4. peel the potatoes and boil in hotwater
5. slice the ham as thinly as possible
6. squeeze a lemon over the fish
7. beat the eggs until light and fluffy
8. grate the cheese over the top of the lasagne
9. pour the red wine into the saucepan
10. stir the mixture with a wooden spoon
