Britain's smallest cottage on sale
A cottage measuring only 30 square metres is going on sale next week for 60,000.
The tiny cottage, which is located in the south east, has no bathroom and an outside toilet.
The estate agent who is selling the property said that quite a lot of money would need to be spent on it.
He added that one of the selling points is a free car park next to the cottage.
The charming house could be a good investment for a first-time buyer.
