This morning
This morning I woke up early. It was 6.30 when I got out of bed and went
downstairs for breakfast. The house was dark and quiet. Only the cat was
awake.
I made some tea and toast and looked out the window. It was raining. Slowly
I got dressed and put on my warm winter clothes. Today I’m going to need
my heavy coat and boots, I thought, as I picked up the keys to my motorbike
and went out the door.
