I feel bad. I’m too fat! Just look at me!
My jeans are too tight. My clothes don’t fit me anymore. All my clothes are too small.
My jeans don’t fit me. My shirts are too tight. I feel fat, overweight and disgusting. I’m
not happy with my body.
I’m overweight. I weigh 89 kilos. I should weigh about 72 kilos. I need to lose around
17 kilos.
I’m too fat! I’ve been overeating and putting on weight now for months and it’s time
to stop!
I’m 44 and as I get older it gets harder and harder to lose weight. Sometimes I lose
some weight, but I always put it back on again.
I feel fat, heavy, lazy and depressed.
So. I’ve decided to do something about it. I’m going on a diet. I’m going to get down
to a weight that makes me happy (around 72 kilos) and I’m going to stay there. And I’m
not going to put on so much weight again!
How am I going to do it?
Well, I like jogging, I like cycling and I like swimming.
So, I’ll do some exercise at least 5 days a week.
I’ll eat less and I’ll do more exercise.
I’ll go jogging, swimming and cycling.
I’ll give up smoking, too.
And I’ll start a sensible, healthy diet. I won’t eat any cakes, biscuits or ice cream. I’ll put
less sugar in coffee and tea. I’ll cut down on chocolate. Hmmm…. chocolate. Hey! Occasionally
I can have some chocolate, right?
I’ll weigh myself once a week, every Sunday morning. And I’ll keep a record of my weight each
week.
