Juan and the dog
Juan woke up because he heard a
dog. He heard a dog barking outside his window. It was half past one in
the morning! Juan got out of bed and walked to the window.
He opened the window and looked out into the front garden. He saw a big
black and white dog in the garden. It was looking at him and barking
very loudly.
"Why are you barking so loudly?" he asked the dog. The dog looked at
Juan and it stopped barking.
“Thank you”, said Juan, and he went back to bed.
As soon as he got back into bed, the dog started barking again!
