MARRIAGE Pepito is 32 years old and he is still single. One day, his friend Juanito asked, "Why aren't you married? Can't you find a woman who will be a good wife?" Pepito replied, "Actually, I've found many women I wanted to marry, but when I bring them home to meet my parents, my mother doesn't like them." Juanito thinks for a moment and says, "Man, I've got the perfect solution, just find a girl who's just like your mother." A few months later they meet again and his friend says, "Did you find the perfect girl? Did your mother like her?" With a frown on his face, Pepito answers, "Yes, I found the perfect girl. She was just like my mother. You were right, my mother liked her very much." Juanito said, "Then what's the problem?" Pepito replied, "My father doesn't like her."

The Brothers A few days before Christmas, two young brothers were spending the night at their grandparent's house. When it was time to go to bed, and anxious to do the right thing, they both knelt down to say their prayers. Suddenly, the younger one began to do so in a very loud voice. "Dear God, please ask Santa Claus to bring me a play-station, a mountain-bike and a telescope." His older brother leaned over and said to his brother, "Why are you shouting your prayers? God isn't deaf." "I know" he replied, "But Grandma is!"
